The Lifestyle in Pacific Pines

Tucked away on the stunning Gold Coast, Pacific Pines is not just a suburb; it’s a lifestyle waiting to be embraced. Originally a neighbourhood in the Gaven suburb, Pacific Pines earned its stand-alone status in 2003. It is a well-planned and well-designed suburb with a definite family flavour, far enough away from the hurly burly of the main attractions the Gold Coast is famous for, but within itself, close-knit communities continue to form in every street.

Imagine waking up to the tranquil beauty of the Central Park Lake, where you can enjoy lakeside picnics or morning strolls with the majestic Gold Coast skyline as your backdrop. And the sunset is just as magnificent. It’s the kind of picturesque setting that makes you pinch yourself every day, as you breathe in the simplicity of life here.

But Pacific Pines is not just about scenic views. It’s a hub of activity, with a community that loves to come together. You’ll find neighbours becoming friends at local markets where fresh produce and handmade crafts take centre stage. And when the sun sets, the community parks transform into outdoor cinemas, where families gather under the stars for movie nights.

For those seeking adventure, Pacific Pines offers a plethora of outdoor activities. Explore the lush Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, where nature lovers can immerse themselves in the diverse wildlife and wetlands. If you’re into water sports, Coomera River provides the perfect playground for kayaking, paddleboarding, and even jet skiing. And for a true adrenaline rush, join the dragon boat racing on the serene lake – an experience that combines fitness with a whole lot of camaraderie.

Feeling peckish after all that activity? Pacific Pines has a culinary scene to satisfy every craving. Locals rave about the Pacific Pines Tavern, a bustling hub for hearty meals and live entertainment. The Pacific Pines Town Centre is focussed on looking after the locals and has plenty of family-friendly facilities. Craving a more extravagant shopping spree? Head over to Westfield at Helensvale, a short 5-minute drive.

Education is a priority here, with excellent schools making it a top choice for families. And when it comes to wellness, the suburb has you covered with wellness centres and yoga studios where you can find relaxation and rejuvenation. It’s a lifestyle that seamlessly combines the best of nature, modern convenience, and a warm sense of community. In Pacific Pines, you’re not just living; you’re thriving.
