Lifestyle In Tugun

Tugun Property Market - Lifestyle

Tugun is a coastal suburb in the state of Queensland and has been nicknamed a ‘hidden gem’ by locals and visitors. With an area of 3 km², this small community is one of the most tranquil and beautiful parts of the Gold Coast.

The local community is small, with most residents knowing everyone else’s names. The community of Tugz has created a tight-knit group of calm locals looking to spend their days enjoying the ocean.

If you look at Gold Coast properties, it becomes clear that Tugun is severely underrated. This hidden gem offers many amazing local cafés and eateries. The locals also enjoy tranquil beaches as they don’t suffer from overcrowding as more popular destinations do.

The ocean here is great for surfing, which has contributed to the laid-back nature of this coastal town.

One of the biggest reasons people skip over Tugz is because it lies in the Gold Coast airport flight paths. But according to locals, unless you’re right under the path, the sound isn’t a bother. To Tugun natives, living in this suburb is the best choice they’ve ever made, with many staying for years and even decades.
